The Writing Workshop is closed for the summer. Stay safe and sane! We look forward to collaborating with you again next fall.

Notice about Cancellations:

Please be considerate of our tutors and other students who may want to book an appointment with us. You may cancel an appointment up to ONE HOUR in advance without penalty by clicking on your appointment box, scrolling down and clicking "Cancel this Appointment." If you don't show up at your appointment and have not cancelled in advance, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and will count toward the limit of two no-show appointments. If you miss two appointments, your account will be disabled until you contact the center directly at writingworks@wesleyan.edu.

POST SPRING BREAK 2020 Tutoring:

The Workshop is here to collaborate on writing with you - even as many of us move to new living and learning environments! Tutors now hold either Online tutoring (synchronous) or eTutoring (asynchronous) hours. All times on the scheduler are EST.

If you choose an Online appointment, log back in to this website approximately five to ten minutes before the start of your appointment. Then, open this appointment and click "Start or Join Online Consultation."

If you choose an eTutoring appointment, upload your paper after making this appointment. Then, watch your email for notification that your appointment has been modified or that someone has responded to your paper. *Due to differences in time zones, it may take up to 48 hours from the time of your appointment to receive feedback. Plan accordingly.*

Welcome to the Writing Workshop Scheduler! We are using software called WCOnline, hosted by an outside vendor. To get started, you must register for a WCOnline account by clicking on the link at the left.

Please DO NOT use your Wesleyan password to create your account.

For security, use a different password, which is only used to create your account. Once your account is created, there is no need to return to this page.

Once you have registered:

ALWAYS LOGIN through your WESPORTAL using the Writing Workshop link.

You will be securely and automatically passed through to the Scheduler.

Tutors and Administrators are an exception and do not use the portfolio link. They continue to login on this page with their Wes email address and WCOnline password.

Having trouble logging in? Enter your email address below and then click "Reset Password." The system will immediately email you with instructions for changing your password. If you do not receive that email in a few minutes, please check your spam filter.
